<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which enhances the expectations felt by players for the jackpot for higher attractiveness by enabling the accurate control of display for diversifying the display modes in a ready-to-win performance display by variably displaying individual ready for win symbols in the ready-to-win performance display. <P>SOLUTION: At the start of an enlarged/reduced ready-to-win display, individual slate characters as identifying information characters corresponding to the ready-to-win symbols are arrayed forward being reduced at the central part of the upper end of a display screen and so stopped and displayed as to make visible front identifying symbols applied onto the front side. The individual slate characters shown at the central part of the upper end of the display screen are displayed as seen dropping to the side of players and then, arrayed at respective corner parts on the diagonal lines of the display screen while those corresponding to the third symbol (middle symbol) are arranged at the central part of the display screen.
