PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to efficiently heat a fine linear heated body having a small diameter. SOLUTION: This has a microwave dielectric resonator that has a cylindrical metal cover in the axial direction having a first through hole formed at the axial center part of the upper face part and a second through hole formed at the axial center part of the lower face part, that has a dielectric cavity which is arranged in the metal cover and in which a third through hole is communicated with the first through hole and the second through hole, that has a support member to support the dielectric cavity in the metal cover in a hollow state so that the first through hole, the second through hole, and the third through hole will be respectively communicated, and that is excited by a resonation mode of TMO1δmode. This has an input means to input a microwave arranged and installed at the microwave dielectric resonator, and has a TMO1δmode magnetic field forming means which is arranged and installed at the microwave dielectric resonator and which forms a magnetic field component of the TMO1δmode by being supplied of the microwave that has been input into the input means.
