PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head support device capable of reducing the variation of loads, imparting stable loads, and improving stability and reliability, and to provide a disk device equipped with the head support device. SOLUTION: A pair of pivot parts 8g are projected from positions sandwiching a spring part 8c, a head slider 9 is attached via a gimbal mechanism 31, and a head support arm 8 having a voice coil 10 attached via a coil holder 32 is held between a bearing 33 and a nut 34 via a collar 35 having pressing parts 61 to 63 in its upper surface and projected parts 64 and 65 in its bottom surface, rotated in the radial direction of a recording medium 4, and rotated in a direction vertical to the surface of the recording medium 4 with a line connecting the tops of the pair of pivot parts as a vertical rotary axis.
