PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate processing for parallel data mixed with unnecessary data. SOLUTION: The device is arranged with: a data reallocation part 41 that acquires interpolation data Di in which serial input data Ds is sequentially allocated to N channels, acquires enable signal en which indicates whether each of data is necessary or not, and excludes the unnecessary data among the interpolation data Di and reallocates only the necessary data on the N channel in accordance with an original sequence and outputs; a dummy data output part 42 for outputting the unnecessary dummy data Dd from all channels replacing the necessary data at the time when the accumulated number d for the excluded unnecessary data becomes N or more; and a unified enable signal output part 43 for generating and outputting the unified enable signal eu indicating that each of the data is the necessary data or the unnecessary data when the necessary data is output or when the dummy data Dd is output.
