PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development processor for achieving the miniaturization of a processor and reduction of a development processing time by obtaining a high-quality photographic print without damaging a sensitive material even when being conveyed while turning the sensitive material in development processing liquid. SOLUTION: The development processor comprises an in-liquid conveying means 32 for conveying the sensitive material P in the development processing liquid W. The in-liquid conveying means 32 comprises a turn roller 322a rotating around a shaft center, and a turn belt 323a provided to pressure-contact a part of the outer peripheral face on the outer peripheral face of the turn roller 322a and going around together with the turn roller 322a. The development processor conveyed while turning the sensitive material P by pressure contact of the turn roller 322a and the turn belt 323a is provided with a water absorption body 324a on any one outer periphery contacting an emulsion face of at least the sensitive material P out of the turn roller 322a and the turn belt 323a.
