PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive having excellent adhesive force to a cyclopolyolefin resin which is a nonpolar substrate and provide a laminate of the adhesive. SOLUTION: The invention provides an adhesive for cyclopolyolefin film containing (A) a urethane-modified polyester and (B) a polyisocyanate compound, the adhesive wherein the urethane-modified polyester (A) has a number-average molecular weight of 8,000-100,000, a laminate composed of a cyclopolyolefin film, an adhesive layer and the 2nd substrate wherein the adhesive layer is composed of the adhesive, and the laminate having a total light transmittance of≥90%.
