PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster with easy usage having a shock-absorbing function and a better impact-absorbing property in the state that rebounding property is suppressed than a conventional caster having a shock-absorbing function. SOLUTION: The caster includes a caster skeleton wheel 10 comprising a hub part 3, an elastically deformable rim part 1 and a plurality of elastically deformable spoke parts 2; and an elastically deformable outer ring part 4 circumferentially provided on the rim part 1. The spoke part 2 in the skeleton wheel 10 has one end 21 turnably connected to the hub part 3 and the other end 22 turnably connected to the rim part 1. The caster C is elastically deformable in the state that it extends to the rim part 1 from the hub part 3 while being bent in a radial direction of the caster skeleton wheel and turning of ends 21, 22 of the spoke part and ends 231, 232 of a body part of the spoke part is allowed.
