PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load on an on-vehicle battery Ba at low temperature. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle device for enrichment of oxygen is provided with a vacuum pump 1 a cabin air temperature sensor 11a to detect air temperature in a cabin, and an electronic control device 11 to control a vacuum pump 1 in accordance with detected temperature T by the cabin air temperature sensor 11a. The electronic control device 11 operates the vacuum pump 1 when the detected temperature T of the cabin air temperature sensor 11a is prescribed temperature or over, and prohibits operation of the vacuum pump 1 when the detected temperature T of the cabin air temperature sensor 11a is less than the prescribed temperature.
