PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance around an instrument panel, and increase the degree of design freedom by making ventilation grills unseen A case 30 of a ventilation grill in a vehicle when unused. SOLUTION: A case 30 of a ventilation grill unit U is installed on an opening part 10a of the instrument panel 10, and a grill 40 and a cover 50 are provided on the case 30. The grill 40 is rotated by a drive means such as a motor 60 between a housed position where it is housed inside the case 30 (grill housing hole) and a usage position where it is projected upward. When the grill 40 is at the housed position, the cover 50 covers the opening part 10a of the grill housing hole. The cover 50 is rotatable around a rotating shaft 52 that is parallel to a rotating shaft 41 of the grill 40. It is also energized in a closing direction by an energization means 70.
