PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bladder for a safety tire and a safety tire therewith capable of enhancing fittability of the air bladder to an annular space, improving a fixing power of the air bladder to a tire and a rim, and ensuring internal pressure during lie-flat traveling. SOLUTION: The air bladder 10 for the safety tire is formed so that a sectional outline 9 of a hollow circular body under charging an internal pressure of 70 kPa becomes a recess at the position in accordance with a recess portion of the annular space 23.
