PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin film for a laminate that excels in moldability, productivity, joining nature with a substrate such as a paper material or the like, moreover that excels in transparency and can beautifully protect without spoiling the sharpness of a printing surface or the like. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin film for a laminate is molded by a multilayer inflation molding method and comprises: a protection layer A; an intermediate layer B; a bonding layer C, wherein the protection layer A consists of a propylene-α-olefin copolymer polymerized by using a single site catalyst, the intermediate layer B consists of a thermoplastic resin using ethylene as a principal component, and the bonding layer C consists of (c1) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, (c2) an ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer or (c3) an ethylene-(meth) acrylic ester copolymer polymerized by using a single site catalyst.
