PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting tool for efficiently perform the partial setting of hair. SOLUTION: The hair setting tool includes: a hose shape object for blowing hot air and cool air; and a container for sucking and discharging the hot air and the cool air. A part required to be partially treated is stored by winding around an axial body or holding between planar bodies in a case capable of sucking and discharging the air.
