PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cook food or boil drink with the use of a portable cooking sheet which is lightweight, is easily portable, and is not bulky. SOLUTION: The heat generation sheet includes: a heat generation film; and a protection film for protecting the heat generation film.
