PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella in which a gap between the inner surface of an inner hole in a lower runner and a shaft is removed and vibration is prevented when the umbrella is opened. SOLUTION: The assembly comprises a shaft 10 which has at least two pipes of a top tube 11 of the upper side and a bottom tube 12 of the lower side, an inside cap 20 which is prepared near the upper end of the top tube 11 and comprises a cylindrical upper section 21 and a lower section 22 formed pendant from the upper section 21, a lower runner 30 which fits to the shaft 10 with looseness and is located below the inside cap 20, an umbrella panel frame 41 pivoted with the inside cap 20 and the lower runner 30, a vibration control member 52 which fits to the outside of the top tube 11 so that it may fit and go through the inside of the inside cap 20 and the lower runner 30 and a control device 50 which is fixed to the inside cap 20 and the vibration control member 52 and has a resilient member 51 which moves the vibration control member 52 to the lower runner 30, then, the vibration control member 52 fits the inside of the lower runner 30 and fills the space between the lower runner 30 and the top tube 11 when the umbrella is opened.
