PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sanitarily and speedily dry a chopping board while keeping the stable posture of the chopping board washed after cooking, and to house a chopping board stand holding the chopping board compactly in a stand housing part when not using it. SOLUTION: The chopping board stand 17 consists of: a chopping board holding part 31 consisting of a plurality of wires and having a shape with thickness and vertical and horizontal sizes approximate to those of the chopping board 16; and a rotatable supporting leg 30 for supporting the chopping board holding part 31 in a standing posture. On the side of a worktop 16a or a drawer 2 of a kitchen, the stand housing part 18 which has a shape similar to the stand 17 in the state of holding the chopping board and closing the leg 30 and which has an open top is provided.
