An apparatus for concentrating and dehydrating sludge is provided to separate, discharge, concentrate and dehydrate a portion of the secession solution, thereby making the dehydrated material as a cake. A sludge dehydrating device(200) includes a cylinder body having the stacked plural fixing and movable circular plates(220,230). A screw conveyor(210) is installed along the center shaft of the cylinder body and moves the sludge. A rotation guide member(270) guides the movable circular plate against the fixing circular plate. The fixing and movable circular plates are a ring shape member with a constant thickness. Penetration holes(221,231) are formed at the center of the fixing and movable circular plates. |
