<p>A vacuum unit and a method of producing a filter for a vacuum unit are provided to reduce the number of parts and manufacturing cost, and improving assembly workability. A vacuum unit includes a main part(12), a vacuum generating part, a solenoid valve, and a vacuum switch. The main part includes a pressurized fluid supply port, a vacuum port, a filter(50) for removing dust from a pressurized fluid, and a muffler. The vacuum generating part generates a negative pressure under application of the pressurized fluid. The solenoid valve includes a vacuum stop direction adjustment valve, and a supply direction adjustment valve. The vacuum switch disposed between the vacuum generating part and the vacuum port to switch the vacuum stop direction adjustment valve. The filter has a pair of arc parts.</p> |
