An imaging device is provided to improve TTL(Through-The-Lens) auto strobe characteristic by mounting the imaging device on a single lens reflex camera. A diffusion reflecting layer(7) is provided on the whole surface of plural photoelectric transducers(1). A part of light incident to the diffusion reflecting layer is reflected and dispersed from the diffusion reflecting layer. The other part of the incident light is transmitted through the diffusion reflecting layer to be sent to the plural photoelectric transducers. A color filter(9) is provided on the photoelectric transducers. The diffusion reflecting layer is formed by a transparent material provided on a surface of the color filter.
