摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a &gamma;-aminobutyric acid highly containing composition by using asparagus that includes a large amount of &gamma;-aminobutyric acid as a raw material to produce a &gamma;-aminobutyric acid highly including composition efficiently through simple operations. <P>SOLUTION: Asparagus and/or asparagus extracted solution are treated under an environment of 10&deg;C to 50&deg;C for 1 minute to 15 days to enrich &gamma;-aminobutyric acid thereby producing the composition highly including &gamma;-aminobutyric acid. Preferably, at least one selected from glutamic acid, glutamate salt, pyridoxal phosphate salt, and pyridoxine hydrochloride is added, when the &gamma;-aminobutyric acid is enriched, and more preferably, an asparagus extracted solution is filtrated through a filter with a pore diameter of 1.0 &mu;m or less is used for the composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
