RUBBER ROLLER MANUFACTURING METHOD, THE RUBBER ROLLER, ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PROCESS CARTRIDGE EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably obtaining a rubber roller having little resistance unevenness and having high adhesion between respective layers, and to provide an electrophotographic process cartridge and an image forming apparatus equipped with the rubber roller.

SOLUTION: The rubber roller manufacturing method comprises a process of applying non-vulcanized liquid rubber having a viscosity of 100 to 10,000Pa s on the outer periphery of a shaft body 15 by using a ring-like coating head 8 surrounding the outer periphery of the shaft body 15 so as to form an elastic layer; a process of semi-hardening the coated liquid rubber; a process of applying and layering resin liquid on the outer peripheral surface of the semi-hardened liquid rubber, by using a coating head 15 so as to form a resin layer; and a process of hardening/sticking the semi-hardened liquid rubber and the applied/layered resin liquid. The photographic process cartridge or the image forming apparatus is provided with at least one or more of the rubber rollers.
