<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of restraining generation of flooding with an oxidant gas temperature contained in a given temperature range and capable of satisfying heat-resistant demand of a fuel cell stack. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling liquid inlet piping is arranged in the vicinity of an oxidant electrode outlet piping of the fuel cell stack 6 to make up a structure enabling to cool the vicinity of an oxidant electrode outlet of the fuel cell stack 6 with cooling liquid. Temperature of oxidant gas at an outlet of a compressor 3 and that of oxidant gas at the oxidant electrode outlet of the fuel cell stack 6 are predicted by an oxidant gas temperature predicting means, temperature of the oxidant gas at the oxidant electrode inlet of the fuel cell stack 6 is predicted based on the above two predicted values and cooling performance of a humidifier 5, and the oxidant gas temperature at the oxidant electrode inlet of the fuel cell stack 6 is controlled so as to get within the given temperature range by increasing and decreasing a cooling liquid flow by a cooling mechanism in accordance with the predicted oxidant gas temperature at the oxidant electrode inlet by a cooling liquid volume control means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
