<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming a noodle coat, with which cut and damage of a conveying belt by a punch and mixture of cut piece and exchange of belts, etc., followed by the cut and the damage are surely prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for forming a noodle coat is equipped with a first conveying belt 5 for continuously sending out a noodle strip MT from one end side so as to hang down the end part of the noodle strip MT, a punch 11 that comprises a female cutter 10 and a male cutter 9 and punches a noodle coat from the noodle strip MT, a second conveying belt 6 that is arranged on the downstream side of the punch 11 and transports the remaining coat in a fixed direction, a noodle strip sending device 7 having an air spray means for spraying high-pressure air in a fixed direction on the tip part of the hung down noodle strip MT and a noodle strip sending control means that stops the male cutter 9 at a rise position, operates the air spray means in a state in which both the conveying belts 5 and 6 are driven and sends the tip part of the noodle strip MT through between the male cutter 9 and the female cutter 10 to the second conveying belt 6 as a noodle strip sending treatment before punching a noodle strip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
