<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate generation of a workflow chart by facilitating collection of work information by using e-mail and by allowing the sequence of input to be determined in a random manner regardless of the sequence of work. <P>SOLUTION: A server part is provided with a work information input function, an e-mail transmission function and a workflow generation function; the work information is inputted from browser software of a client part by using the work information input function of the server part; the work information is stored in a recording device; the content of the work information is automatically analyzed; e-mails for simultaneously urging input are transmitted to e-mail software of the client parts of all persons in charge relating to the work by using the e-mail transmission function of the server part; the work information is collected from relevant parties; retrieval and extraction are executed from the work information stored in the recording device; a workflow chart is automatically generated from the extracted information; and it is displayed by the browser software of the client part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
