PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for setting a delay time while enhancing work efficiency. SOLUTION: A plurality of delay circuits 10-60 each having: a first path for delaying an inputted signal by a predetermined time; and a second path for bringing the delay time of the inputted signal to substantially zero, are connected in series. Delay time until a signal inputted to the first stage delay circuit 10 is outputted from the last stage delay circuit 60 can be set as the minimum variable step the delay time of the first stage delay circuit 10 by switching the path for passing the input signals S1-S6 to respective delay circuits 10-60 to one of the first path or the second path.
