<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform processing such as registration related to access management. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus A operating as a server is provided with communication equipment for communicating with individual apparatuses B, C, D, ... connected to a network and a storage medium for storing access management information showing the propriety of an access from an apparatus existing on the network to another apparatus for each apparatus.
