PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase safety of information by performing digital compression by using analog effect of magnetism of a magnetic disk etc., managing information together by using an information transfer device etc., and further providing an information safety device for measures against a read, i.e. a steal of information and mischievous writing. SOLUTION: Random access memories are connected in parallel to perform definition processing, i.e. arithmetic processing by voice syllables for the purpose of facilitating voice input character conversion and keyboard operations, a voice is digitized by an analog-to-digital converter, and samples are input to the random access memories at any time; and the definition processing, i.e. arithmetic processing is performed, a comparison with a pattern of one syllable is made for voice character conversion, and procedures of setting of software and keyboard operation input are sent from a storage element and performed. Further, forcible erasure and forcible reading of a hard disk storage device etc., which does not operate since a software program is destroyed are performed to facilitate operations.
