PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of properly processing data to be delivered to a user who is present or absent a room without previously setting the presence or absence of the user. SOLUTION: A tag ID to be given to each user is stored in an IC tag. When an MFP 1 receives various image data from the outside and when a tag reader 23 reads a tag ID stored in the IC tag of the user corresponding to a transmission source of image data (user is present), the image data are transferred to the PC of the user (so that the user can directly receive the data).
