PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller and the like which can display controlled devices corresponding to a shared operation element to a user, by a relatively simple arrangement and with an identification easiness. SOLUTION: A remote controller 10 is provided with a storing portion 2 which stores command cords controlling operation of devices for a plurality of devices respectively, an operation element group 11 for performing an operation which instructs a transmission of the command cords and at least a part of the operation element is made a shared operation element 114 which is commonly used as an operation element for a plurality of devices, a transmitter 5 which transmits the command cords, a light emitting portion 114 which can emit a plurality of emitting light colors, a selection operation element 12 which selects a specific device from a plurality of devices, a light emitting controller 62 emitting the light emitting portion 114 with an emitting light color corresponding to a device selected by an operation of the selection operation element 12, and a transmission controller 61 which reads the command cord from the storing portion 2 corresponding to the device selected by the operation of the selection operation element 12 when the common operation element 114 is operated and outputs the command cord to the transmitter 5.
