PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inversion of an output signal when a negative voltage is applied to the input terminal of a comparison circuit. SOLUTION: Since the control terminal of a compensation switch (10) having one major terminal connected with the first input terminal (5) or the second input terminal (6) applied with a negative voltage and the other major terminal connected with the control terminal of an output switch (7) is grounded, the compensation switch (10) is turned on when a negative voltage is applied to the first input terminal (5) or the second input terminal (6) connected with any one major terminal of the compensation switch (10). Since the control terminal of the output switch (7) drops to a negative potential lower than zero volt, the output switch (7) can be sustained in off state and does not cause malfunction.
