PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fence body supported on a connection metal fitting by inserting a rear plate threaded with the screw of the connection metal fitting into a C-shaped groove line in a column and pulling the rear plate by rotating the screw so that the opposed piece of the C-shaped groove line can be clampingly held by the connection metal fitting and the rear plate from slipping down the strut 1 by the vertical load of the fence body. SOLUTION: Crossed projected pieces 52 tiltingly projected to the opposed piece 12 side of the C-shaped groove line 11 and chamfered at their tips are formed at the corners of the rear plate 5 so that the tips of the crossed projected pieces 52 can be lockingly crimped into the rear surface of the opposed piece 12 when the rear plate 5 is pulled by rotating the screw 4 for tightening. The screw 4 is inserted into a screw receiving hole 14 formed in the bottom wall of the C-shaped groove line 11 and supported on the strut 1 to eliminate the displacement of the fence body 2 by a vertical load.
