PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase assemblability by easily temporarily fixing a second hinge part to a second substrate without affecting a transmitter-receiver antenna. SOLUTION: This cellular phone comprises a first casing having a first substrate, a second casing having the second substrate 4, and a hinge 6 foldably connecting the first casing to the second casing so as to be opened and closed. The hinge comprises a first hinge part 61 fixed to the first casing and the second hinge part 62 fixed to the second casing. The first hinge part 61 and the second hinge part 62 are formed to be foldable about a horizontal axis X. The second hinge part 62 comprises a pair of leg parts 67 and 68 downwardly extending from the horizontal axis X. After one gland side leg part 67 is fastened to the second substrate 4 with temporary fixing screws 47, the second hinge part 62 is fixed to the second substrate 4 and the second casing with screws passed through insertion holes 69 formed at the lower end parts of the leg parts 67 and 68.
