PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move a closing member forward and backward over a long period even when a lubricant is not used at low cost by a simple structure. SOLUTION: An inflow port and an outflow port are formed in a closing valve chamber 9 inside a housing 2, and a closing valve seat is formed around the inflow port. A male screw part 19 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a closing member 11 inserted into the closing valve chamber 9, and threaded with a female screw part 20 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the closing valve chamber 9. By screwing in the closing member 11, the tip of the closing member 11 is moved close to or apart from the closing valve seat. An abrasive powder discharge passage 22 is formed in the male screw part 19 in a direction crossing a screw groove. The end part of the abrasive powder discharge passage 22 is opened to the outside of the screwing range of both screw parts 19 and 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
