PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely repair a damaged part of a rubber bag part of a rubber dam expansively rising by sealing air inside from the inside of the rubber bag part. SOLUTION: A worker passage 4 is arranged for coming and going between the outside and the inside of the rubber bag part 2 of the rubber dam 1 expansively rising by sealing the air inside the rubber bag part 2 fixed in the water by a fixing part 3. When repairing the damaged part R of the rubber bag part 2 from the inside by allowing a worker to enter the inside of the rubber bag part 2 via this worker passage 4, an expanding-contracting body 7 provided inside the rubber bag part 2 is expanded, and even when the rubber bag part 2 contracts by sudden air leakage, the rubber bag part 2 is supported from the inside, and a predetermined inside space is secured for allowing the worker to take refuge by maintaining an expansively rising state.
