PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler for an underground water tank, superior in stability in stacking, having large strength in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, capable of inserting a thick inflow pipe and an outflow pipe from the side, superior in workability, wholly dispensing with a connecting member, and performing even an inspection from above. SOLUTION: This synthetic resin filler 1 is juxtaposed longitudinally and laterally, and stacks in a plurality of stages, and is filed in an underground water tank. The filler 1 for the underground water tank is composed of a square top plate 2 for forming a rising frame 21 on the four periphery and forming an opening 22 in the center, a support leg 3 formed downward from the four-corner parts of this top plate 2 and having a lower end part fitted inside the four-corner parts of the rising frame 21 of the filler 1 of a lower stage in stacking, and a support cylinder 4 formed downward from the central opening edge of this top plate 2.
