PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal facing construction method and an internal facing structure of an underground structure skeleton, without impairing an aesthetic appearance, by preventing damage by its crack, by preventing water leakage from internal facing concrete. SOLUTION: This internal facing structure 11 of the underground structure skeleton 4 is formed by inserting a large number of steel elements into the natural ground; and is composed of a coating film waterproof layer 12 formed on a surface of the skeleton 4 and having an adhesive property and high extensibility, a concrete layer 13 formed on a surface of this coating film waterproof layer 12, and a cement-based fiber reinforced board 14 arranged on a surface of this concrete layer 13.
