PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bulky sheath-core conjugated filaments which use a biodegradable polylactic acid-based resin of non-petroleum raw material as a component for constituting the filaments to reduce environmental loads, have high strength, excellent abrasion resistance and excellent durability, and are suitable for car mats or carpets, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The bulky sheath-core conjugated filaments comprising a multifilament whose single filament cross section has a sheath-core structure whose core component consists mainly of the polylactic acid-based resin and whose sheath component comprises a polyamide are characterized in that the single filaments are bent in random directions, respectively, or are interlaced with each other to form loops or slackness, and the crimp percent of the multifilament is 5 to 25%.
