PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polysiloxane-based condensate excellent in heat resistance, ultraviolet resistance and light transmission and formable of a thick film and to provide a polysiloxane composition comprising the same. SOLUTION: The siloxane-based condensate is obtained by carrying out a dealcoholization of a difunctional polysiloxane having a specific weight average molecular weight and a polyfunctional siloxane polymer having a specific weight average molecular weight in an organic solvent.
