PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition and more particularly a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition very excellent in flame retardancy, a balance among properties, and a surface appearance by formulating a polycarbonate resin/rubber-reinforced styrene resin polymer blend with specified amounts of a specified phosphazene compound, a composite rubber, and a fluorine-containing anti-dripping agent. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition having excellent inmpact resistance and a good surface appearance comprises 100 pts.wt. resin component comprising 1-99 wt.% polycarbonate resin (A) and 99 to 1 wt.% rubber-reinforced styrene resin (B), 2 to 25 pts.wt. phosphazene compound (C), 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. composite-rubber-based graft copolymer (D) prepared by grafting one or more vinyl monomers onto a composite rubber having a structure in which a polyorganosiloxane rubber component and a polyalkyl (meth)acrylate rubber component are inseparably entangled with each other, and 0.05 to 2 pts.wt. polytetrafluoroethylene-containing mixed powder (E). The thermoplastic resin composition is of a very high industrial value because it is very excellent in flame retardancy, heat resistance, surface appearance, etc., and is capable of being desirably used for various products in e.g., an ITE field.
