PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film whose end portion can be floated from a substrate and easily peeled, when the adhesive film adhered to the substrate is heated, and to provide a label using the adhesive film. SOLUTION: This adhesive film produced by laminating a resin film a and a resin film b having mutually different thermal shrinkage rates to each other, and further laminating an adhesive layer c to the resin film b, is characterized in that the thermal shrinkage rate j of the resin film a and the thermal shrinkage rate k of the resin film b have a relation of j>k, and the adhesive layer c contains a water-soluble or alkali water-soluble adhesive resin.
