PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission for a tractor attaining the simplification of a structure at the formation of an oil passage and cost reduction when an advancement/retreat switching device capable of shifting advancement power to two high/low stages and switched by a hydraulic clutch is provided between an engine and the transmission. SOLUTION: The advancement/retreat switching device 12 is provided with an advancement high speed clutch 27 for switching the power from the engine to an advancement high speed side; an advancement low speed clutch 31 for switching the power to an advancement low speed side; and a retreating clutch 29 for switching the power to a retreating side. In the power transmission for the tractor, these clutches 27, 31, 29 are constituted of the hydraulic clutches operated by feeding pressurized oil to the clutches 27, 31, 29. The advancement high speed clutch 27, the advancement low speed clutch 31 and the retreating clutch 29 are arranged and provided on a propulsion shaft 10 transmitted with the power from the engine in series in an axial direction.
