PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a lip stick, etc., to be smoothly come out to the end by moving a tray member tray part in the neighborhood of a container with respect to a tray member cylinder part and obtaining a smooth, nonstep and vertical movement of the tray member tray part with respect to the tray member cylinder part. SOLUTION: A tray member for fixing the lip stick, etc., is divided into the tray member cylinder part and the tray member tray part. Vertical division holes are arranged in a rotary cylinder. The tray member cylinder part and the tray member tray part include a projection to be vertically moved in the vertical division holes of the rotary cylinder so as to be vertically moved in the rotary cylinder together or independently. A spiral groove is arranged to the inner side of a fixed cylinder so as to allow the projections attached to the tray member cylinder part and the tray member tray part to be moved in the spiral groove at the inner side of the fixed cylinder. A horizontal groove is arranged in the upper end part of the spiral groove, which is arranged in the inner side of the fixed cylinder, by connection. While the projection attached to the tray member cylinder part is horizontally moved in the horizontal groove, the projection attached to the tray member tray part is moved upward. That is, the tray member tray part is moved upward relative to the tray member cylinder part so as to allow the whole lip stick, etc., to come out from the tray member cylinder part and tray member tray part of the tray member.
