PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crampon with which its user can walk on a surface of concrete or the like safely without slipping on a metal surface by stomping its spikes to a hard surface such as concrete with the user's body weight. SOLUTION: In this crampon, a stirrup 1 in contact with a sole is made of a metal plate with a strength such as a steal plate, a stainless steal plate and the like. On both the sides of this stirrup, spikes 2 which slide up and down with springs 8 are fixed. Spring forces are given so that these spikes of the stirrup 1 are pushed in with the user's body weight on a hard surface such as concrete and the like while the tops of the spikes stick into ice or snow, which is relatively soft.
