A personal device for producing a foaming oxygen cocktail, consisting of a liquid container (1) and a compressed oxygen bottle (3), with an outlet valve (5), connected to a sprayer nozzle (8) in the liquid (2), the sprayer is of fine porous material and creates a foam on passage of oxygen. The bottle contains 0.1-90 l of oxygen (4) under a pressure of 2-30 atmospheres. An independent claim is included for a gas bottle for use in the device, having an outlet valve and in the form of a container for compressed oxygen, where the container is of sheet metal or aluminum with a thickness of 0.1-0.83 mm and the outlet valve is produced to maintain an internal pressure of up to 35 atmospheres.
