An apparatus for controlling an inverter by an electronic control unit is provided to start a motor by the control of the inverter due to the electronic control unit, by being applied in a valve actuator moving a load up and down. In an actuator, a motor(3) is driven as rotating, in order to move a load(4). A dynamic power transfer device converts rotation driving of the motor into movement driving of the load. An encoder(8) detects movement state of the load. An electronic control unit(1) makes start processing data in order to generate start torque in the motor, and an inverter(2) is controlled by the input of the start processing data from the electronic control unit in order to perform rotation driving of the motor. The electronic control unit outputs a command to apply a high voltage to the motor by inputting the start processing data to the inverter when the load starts, and controls the inverter by frequency/voltage/current control by normal processing data in response to the start of the motor by detecting the rotation of the motor, and controls the movement state of the load. |
