<p>A process of producing paper suitable for carrying out a transfer print on full cotton using an intaglio printing machine includes treating a roller, carving the roller according to the signal from the image processing system, verifying the image on the roller, under-coating the paper on a screen roller, drying the coating with hot air, coating the under-coated paper with separating layer on the screen printing roller, drying the coating with hot air from double ovens, finally, chromatic printing with the paste of dye on the paper. The process is different from traditional process by under-coating, coating separating layer, drying with double ovens, and chromatic printing with the paste. The paper of the invention can be used in the process of cold transfer printing. It has the advantages of convenient operating, higher rate of quality goods, lower invest of the equipment etc.</p> |
