THE PC STRUCTURE PIER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A precast concrete structure pier is provided to shorten a period of construction by manufacturing a pier in a factory and assembling in a construction site, to reduce inconveniences caused by carrying and keeping a form by executing construction work quickly without formwork in a construction site and to reduce environmental pollution by reducing the use of concrete mortar in a construction site. A precast concrete structure pier contains: PC structures(10) formed at a height of 1~2 meters and provided with two distortion preventing keys(11) composed of a projection(11a) and a groove(11b) to be piled up without disarrangement, anchor coupling holes(12) and bar fitting holes(13) penetrated vertically to insert cable anchors and reinforcing bars, mortar injection lines(14) formed on the top and bottom of each PC structure and connected with mortar injection holes(15), and a packing(16) fixed to the edge of each PC structure to prevent the leakage of mortar when injecting mortar to the mortar injection holes; and a bridge bearing plate provided with coupling grooves to insert the PC structures and anchor coupling holes to connect with the anchor coupling holes and the bar fitting holes of the PC structures.
