A hot water supply device for a hot water circulation mat is provided to accurately and quickly adjust a temperature of the matt to a specified range by improving heating efficiency through a heater. The hot water supply device includes a pump(130) for circulating water and a heating unit(120) for heating the water transferred by the pump. The heater has a hot water reservoir(121) having an input port(123) and an output port(124) respectively connected to hot water pipes, a heater(145) installed on an inner portion of the hot water reservoir, and a heat exchange unit(131) of a spiral pipe shape installed around the heater and having an entrance(132) connected to the input port of the hot water reservoir and an exit(133) communicated with the inner portion of the hot water reservoir.
