LINEAR COMPRESSOR

A linear compressor is provided to maximize the efficiency of the same and improve the productivity by molding a frame with diamagnetic zinc material. A linear compressor comprises a frame(110); a cylinder(60) supported by the frame; a piston(70) rectilinearly reciprocating in the cylinder; and a linear motor(80) supported by the frame to allow the piston to rectilinearly reciprocate. The diamagnetic frame is molded by the die casting method. A shock absorbing member is inserted between the frame and the linear compressor. The shock absorbing member is formed like a micro projection shape on the frame.
