A method for automatically avoiding peripheral frequencies and a wireless communication system to which the same applies are provided to secure excellent communication stability by automatically avoiding peripheral frequencies between a master unit and slave units and fundamentally removing an influence due to peripheral frequencies. A master unit(10) comprises an RF application part(16), an RF management part(14), and an RF message transceiving part(12). The RF application part(16) is an application to cover call processing for wireless communication with slave units(20_1-20_n), receives various events, and executes call setup and call release according to the received events. The RF management part(14) analyses data stream information, received from the RF message transceiving part(12), extracts a message necessary for the RF application part(16), and sends it to the RF application part(16). Also the RF management part(14) configures a data stream according to a request from the RF application part(16) and delivers it to the RF message transceiving part(12). The RF message transceiving part(12) modulates an associated data stream according to an established value and a transmission command, provided from the RF management part(14), transmits it in real time using a radio module. The master unit(10) periodically transmits a Sync message to each of the slave units(20_1-20_n). Each of the slave units(20_1-20_n) has the same configuration as the master unit(10).
