<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout which is inexpensive, has a resealing function, and at the same time, enables the easy formation of a spout at the time of unsealing as well as the easy separation of a closing plug at the time of re-opening, and which effectively prevents a content from leaking out when the closing plug is suddenly removed by an impact from outside. <P>SOLUTION: With one end of a spouting cylinder, a main body section having a spouting passage which communicates with the spouting cylinder is connected, and with the other end, the closing plug which liquid-tightly closes the distal end of the spouting cylinder through a thinner section is connected. Then, the outer peripheral surface of the spouting cylinder has an unsealing assisting protuberance. The unsealing assisting protuberance is an annular protuberance having at least one slope section which tilts to the central line L of the spouting cylinder.
